Kalanchoe Delagoensis is also known as Chandelier Plant and is sometimes referred to as mother of thousands. This plant is called mother of thousands because at the tip of each stem it grows a little baby that the plant will naturally let go of so it can grow more. During shipping it is common for these babies to fall off. When you receive your item, take any babies that have fallen off and place them on top of the soil, here they will root and grow into new plants.
Recommendations for growing success:

Water: Moderate water needs, let the soil dry out between waterings
