UniHeat-brand 96 Hour Heating Pack for plant orders only.

This 96 hour heat Pack by Uniheat will be activated and placed at the bottom of your shipping box to protect your plants while in-route to your location. Once activated this product produces heat for 96 hours.

We will not replace dead or frozen plants during winter shipments unless you have purchased a heating pack and priority mail.

Winter Shipping is defined as November- February

If you are in a climate where temperatures are below 35 degrees do not leave your plants in the mailbox or on the porch. Please be home at the time of deliver, all boxes will be marked Live Plants.

We will not issue refund or replacements for plants shipped without heating packs or priority mail.
