Mammillaria Spinosissima, 2" Plant

Mammillaria spinosissima is native to central Mexico and is also known as Pincushion Cactus. Similar to other members of its family, the spinosissima has beautiful patterns of red needles. This makes a perfect cactus for a dish garden!

Recommendations for growing success:

Light: Direct sunlight, a windowsill makes a good home

Water: In late spring to summer months water thoroughly with tepid water when soil dries out, water more sparingly in the winter

Repotting: Repot every year in the spring when the plant is young, only increase pot size slightly
