The Plant Farm® Retail Store Return - Refund Policies:

Hard Goods:

Hard goods may be returned in the same condition as sold within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. 


Houseplants and Bedding Plants:

It is our policy that plants are only sold if they are in good, healthy condition. All plant sales are final. Care instructions can be found on our website or by asking an associate.

If you notice an issue with your plant please reach out to us within 48 hours of purchase so we can help diagnose any issues. Photos for diagnosis can be sent to


Trees & Shrubs:

A Tree and Shrub Guarantee may be purchased alongside your tree or shrub at the register. 

There are two options to receive this guarantee:

Option one: Pay an additional 25% of the regular price per tree or shrub

Option two: Purchase the following three items together (*While supplies last).

[1] 1.5 cubic bag of soil or compost (one bag per tree or shrub)

[2] One package of Xtreme Gardening Azos or Mykos (good for 1-3 trees or shrubs) 

[3] One 20oz bottle of Bonide Root and Grow (good for 1-10 shrubs or trees)

This is a one-year unconditional guarantee To redeem your guarantee you must present the cashier with the original receipt, plant tag, and the tree or shrub (dead or alive). The purchase price of your tree will then be credited to you in the form of a Plant Farm gift card.

Guarantee excludes perennials, annuals, vegetables, berries, vines, peonies, and tree peonies. Customers who decline the guarantee at the time of purchase are not eligible for this offer. By purchasing the tree and shrub guarantee you agree to follow the provided planting instructions.
