Shipping Details

*Processing can take up to 5 business days. 

First class shipping: arrives typically 4-5 days after shipping
Priority mail shipping: arrives typically 2-3 days after shipping
USPS Ground Shipping: arrives typically 10 days after shipping

Spring and summer shipping schedule: Plants are shipped daily, please expect your order to ship within 5 business days. 

*Please expect that plants may receive a small amount of transit damage. However, if a plant receives the above normal transit damage, please send a photo of the damaged product on the day of arrival and we will get you a replacement on the next shipping day.

Winter Shipping (November- February): For winter shipping, please purchase a heat pack and priority mail. We have both 72 hour and 96 hour heating packs available in our shop. If your plant arrives with cold damage please send a photo on the day of arrival.

*Shipments purchased without a heat pack or priority mail during Winter Shipping months will not be replaced or refunded if the product arrives dead or frozen.

Warning

Plant are fragile and can experience a difficult transit. Please expect that soil will be knocked loose during its journey. This is very minor and will not affect the quality of the plant. The important thing is that the roots are still intact.

Once your purchase has been dropped off at the post office, we no longer have any control of your purchase. If you have not received your package in the estimated time, contact your local post office to inquired about its whereabouts. We are unable to locate your purchase for you.

All claims must be reported on the day of arrival with pictures of any damage included. We are not responsible to replace your plants if your claim was made after the day of arrival.

Repurpose Plastic Bags

Use the plastic bag that your cuttings come in as a greenhouse for your new plants.

Toss Packing Peanuts

Our packaging peanuts are 100% biodegradable. Put them in your garbage bin, guilt free.
