Chives Allium Garlic, 4" Plant

The botanical name for Garlic Chives is Allium tuberosum. While they resemble their cousin Allium schoenoprasum (Chives) from a distance you'll notice they grow in flat shoots instead of the hollow tubes found in common Chives. The shoots boast a unique garlic-like flavor and are a popular ingredient in soups, dressings, and marinades.
