This listing is for 1 Beaucarnea recurvata Plant in a 2" growers pot(Ceramic pot not included). Beaucarnea recurvata is also known as ponytail palm. Ponytail palms are low water and low light.

Each plant is unique and we will send you one as similar as possible to the one in the photo.

Please expect that your plant looses dirt during the shipping process.

The best way to care for your plant is to immediately water your plant and place it in bright indirect sunlight.

**Shipping**

From time to time things will arrive damaged, please send a photo of damage product on the day of arrival and we will get you a replacement on the next shipping day.

Spring and summer shipping schedule:  Plants are shipped daily, please expect your order to ship within 5 business days. 
Please expect that plants may receive a small amount of transit damage however if a plant receives above normal transit damage, please send a photo of damage product on the day of arrival and we will get you a replacement on the next shipping day.

Winter Shipping (November- February):  For winter shipping please purchase a heat pack and priority mail. We have both 72 hour and 96 hours heating packs available in our shop. If your plant arrives with cold damage please send a photo the day of arrival.

Shipments purchased without heat pack or priority mail will not be replaced or refunded if product is dead or frozen.
